The Heart Behind the Flavor
Chef Melodi Harrison is a traditionally trained personal chef born and raised in Inglewood, California. With over five years of professional experience and a Culinary Arts degree from the Art Institute of Las Vegas, she brings authentic Southern heritage to every dish. From cooking alongside her grandmother at age five to running a premium catering service, Chef Mel's food is rooted in passion and tradition.
